"Etz Chayim Hi" — She is a Tree of Life to those who hold fast to her.
The life of a tree depends not only on its roots, but also on the hidden networks beneath the soil that connect and nourish the forest.
Redes y Raíces draws inspiration from this wisdom, and it is both quintessentially Jewish, and universal.
Families develop roots through local relationships, traditions, and learning. At the same time, they become part of a larger network that shares resources, support, and collective strength.
Local Families → Family Circle
Hub Leader → Community of Practice
Institutions → National Network

Filling the need
Many Latin Jewish families are raising children far from extended family, often without access to other families who share their language, culture, or lived experiences.
They are seeking friendship, belonging, and opportunities for their children to grow up knowing they are not alone.
Hundreds of Latin Jewish families across North America are searching for meaningful Jewish community that honors the fullness of who they are. Redes y Raíces helps them find each other.
Did you know that….
By 2050, 1/3 of the U.S.A. population is anticipated to be of Latin/Hispanic heritage.
In many metropolitan areas, ¼ of Jewish households are already mutlilingual and multiethnic.
Are your communal institutions prepared to meet this need with the right leadership, programming, and communal supports?
